In section 165— in subsection (7), for “section 137 of the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978” substitute “ section 201 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”, and in subsection (8), for “section 144(5) of the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978” substitute “ section 199(5) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”.
