Schedule 1, paragraph 66(3)

In section 13— in subsection (5), for the words from “subsections” to “1978” substitute “ section 138 or 141 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 (renewal of contract or re-engagement) ”, and in subsection (6), for “Part VI of the said Act of 1978” substitute “ Part XI of the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”.
