Schedule 1, paragraph 67

The Jobseekers Act 1995 is amended as follows. In— for “section 81(2) of the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978” substitute “ section 139(1) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”. section 14(3)(b), and section 19(7), In paragraph 6(2)(a)(i) of Schedule 1, for “the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978” substitute “ the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”.
