In paragraph 3 of Schedule 2 to the Environment Act 1995— in sub-paragraph (6), for “section 84 of the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978” substitute “ section 138 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”, and in sub-paragraph (7), for “Schedule 13 to the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978” substitute “ Chapter I of Part XIV of the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”.
