Schedule 2, Part I, paragraph 12

Section 135 does not apply to an employee who immediately before the relevant date is employed under a contract for a fixed term of two years or more (not being a contract of apprenticeship) if the contract was made before 6th December 1965. Section 197(3) does not apply if the contract was made before 6th December 1965.
