Section 104I(2)

The reason within this subsection is that— the employer sought to vary the employee’s contract of employment to make a restricted variation (see subsection (5)), and the employee— did not agree to the restricted variation, or where the employer sought to make more than one variation, did not agree to a number of variations that included the restricted variation.
