Section 134A(2)

In this section “ the relevant officer ”, in relation to— means the person who under section 51A of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 is to be treated as his employer for the purposes of Part 1 of that Act. a person holding the office of constable, or a person holding an appointment as a police cadet,
