Section 167(2)

The requirements referred to in subsection (1) are— and, in a case where the employer’s payment is a payment such as is mentioned in subsection (2)(b) of that section, that the employee’s right to the payment arises by virtue of a period of continuous employment (computed in accordance with the provisions of the agreement in question) which is not less than two years. that the employee is entitled to the employer’s payment, and that one of the conditions specified in paragraphs (a) and (b) of subsection (1) of section 166 is fulfilled,
