Section 202A(10)

In this section— “discrimination” means discrimination within any of sections 13, 15 to 19A and 21(2) of the Equality Act 2010; “harassment” means harassment of the kind described in subsection (1), (2) or (3) of section 26 of that Act; “specified” means specified in the regulations.
