Section 238(2)

The following provisions of this Act are excepted provisions for the purposes of subsection (1)— in Part I, sections 1 to 7, Parts II and IV, in Part V, sections 45 and 46, in Part VI, sections 58 to 60, in Part IX, sections 86 to 91, and in Part X, sections 101 and 102.
