Section 27BD(10)

A notice under subsection (9) must be given by an employer to a qualifying worker— where it is required to be given by virtue of paragraph (a) of that subsection, by no later than the end of the offer period; where it is required to be given by virtue of paragraph (b) of that subsection, by no later than the end of the response period.
