An employer who is subject to the duty in subsection (1) in relation to a worker must take reasonable steps to ensure that, after the end of the initial information period, the worker continues to have access to the specified information referred to in that subsection at all times when— the worker is employed by the employer, and it is reasonable to consider that the worker might become (or might again become) a qualifying worker of the employer in relation to a reference period.
