Section 27BZ

The Secretary of State may by regulations make further provision for the purposes of section 27BW or 27BX. The regulations may, in particular, make provision about— the effect on a duty in Chapters 2 to 5 of terms being or ceasing to be incorporated as mentioned in section 27BW(2)(c) or 27BX(2)(c), the form and manner in which a notice under section 27BY(3) is to be given, and when a notice under section 27BY(3) is to be treated as having been given.
