Section 27BZ1

Terms used in this Chapter that are used in— have the same meaning as in those Chapters or that Chapter (including that Schedule). Chapters 2 to 4 (rights relating to zero hours workers, etc), or Chapter 5 (including Schedule A1) (rights relating to agency workers), In this Chapter, “certificate of independence” means a certificate issued under section 6 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992.
