Section 27H(3)

Where an amount is payable to an eligible agency worker under section 27D(2)— the amount may instead be paid to the agent (within the period specified in section 27G); the employer must not make any unauthorised deductions from the amount (whether or not the amount is paid to the agent under paragraph (a)).
