Section 27P

The Secretary of State may issue a code of practice under section 27Q for the purpose of promoting fairness and transparency in the distribution of qualifying tips, gratuities and service charges. The Secretary of State may from time to time revise the whole or any part of a code of practice and issue that revised code of practice under section 27Q.
