Section 43ZB(1)

In this Part— “additional hours” has the meaning given in section 41A(2); “large shop” means a shop which has a relevant floor area exceeding 280 square metres; “objection notice” has the meaning given in section 41A(2); “regulations” means regulations made by the Secretary of State.
