Section 75K(2)

In subsection (1) “ relevant person ” means— a person who, in connection with an employee's claim to be entitled to leave under section 75E or 75G, is required to satisfy conditions specified in provision under section 75E(2) or (5) or 75G(2) or (5), or a person who is an employer or former employer of such a person.
