In section 19(1) of the Green Belt (London and Home Counties) Act 1938— for the words “trustee for sale within the meaning of the Law of Property Act 1925” substitute “ trustee of land ”, and for the words “of a trustee for sale” substitute “ of a trustee of land ”.
