In section 1 of the Settled Land and Trustee Acts (Court’s General Powers) Act 1943— in subsection (1)— for the words “trustees for sale of land” substitute “ trustees of land ”, and for the words “land held on trust for sale” substitute “ land subject to a trust of land ”, and in subsections (2) and (3), for the words “trust for sale” substitute “ trust of land ”.
