Schedule 10, Part IV, paragraph 13(10)

In Schedule 15 (disclosure of information), in Part II (enactments in respect of which disclosure may be made)— omit the entries relating to the Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1976 and the Resale Prices Act 1976; after the entry relating to the Railways Act 1993, insert the entry— “ The Competition Act 1998 ”.
