Schedule 10, Part IV, paragraph 14

In Schedule 24 to the Water Resources Act 1991 (disclosure of information), in Part II (enactments in respect of which disclosure may be made)— omit the entries relating to the Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1976 and the Resale Prices Act 1976; after the entry relating to the Coal Industry Act 1994, insert the entry— “ The Competition Act 1998 ”.
