Schedule 8A, Part 6, paragraph 28

For the purposes of competition proceedings or digital markets proceedings, a court or the Tribunal must not make a disclosure order in respect of— a settlement submission which has not been withdrawn, or a cartel leniency statement (whether or not it has been withdrawn).
