Schedule 8A, Part 6, paragraph 29

For the purposes of competition proceedings or digital markets proceedings, a court or the Tribunal must not make a disclosure order in respect of a competition authority’s investigation materials before the day on which the competition authority closes the investigation to which those materials relate.
