Schedule 11, paragraph 32

The Crime (Sentences) Act 1997 is amended as follows. In section 35 (fine defaulters) in subsection (1)(a) after “Drug Trafficking Act 1994” insert “ or section 6 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 ”. In section 40 (fine defaulters) in subsection (1)(a) after “Drug Trafficking Act 1994” insert “ or section 6 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 ”.
