If the court is satisfied that the accused has failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the compliance order, the court may— impose on the accused a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale, revoke the compliance order and impose on the accused a sentence of imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months, vary the compliance order, or both impose a fine under paragraph (a) and vary the order under paragraph (c).
