Section 97C(7)

The court may vary the compliance order if the court is satisfied— that the accused has failed to comply with the order, that the accused had a reasonable excuse for the failure, and that, having regard to the circumstances which have arisen since the order was imposed, it is in the interests of justice to vary the order.
