Schedule 17, paragraph 51(8)

In a case where an administrator is appointed under paragraph 14 or 22 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 (appointment by floating charge holder, company or directors)— the reference includes a reference to appointing an administrator under that paragraph, and in respect of an appointment under either of those paragraphs the reference to the applicant shall be taken as a reference to the person making the appointment.
