Schedule 17, paragraph 51(9)

In a case where a copy of a notice of intention to appoint an administrator under either of those paragraphs is filed with the court— the reference shall be taken to include a reference to the filing of the copy of the notice, and in respect of the filing of a copy of a notice of intention to appoint under either of those paragraphs the reference to the applicant shall be taken as a reference to the person giving the notice.
