Schedule 4, Part 2, paragraph 25

Tribunal rules may make provision for the Tribunal to transfer all or any part of a claim made in proceedings under section 47A of the 1998 Act to— the High Court or the county court in England and Wales or the High Court or a county court in Northern Ireland; or the Court of Session or a sheriff court in Scotland.
