Section 202

In sections 192 to 201— “documents” includes information recorded in any form and, in relation to information recorded otherwise than in a form in which it is visible and legible, references to its production include references to producing it in a form in which it is visible and legible or from which it can readily be produced in a visible and legible form; “person under investigation” has the meaning given in section 192(2).
