Section 203

The 1998 Act is amended as follows. In section 28 (power to enter premises under a warrant), after subsection (3) there is inserted— A warrant under this section may authorise persons specified in the warrant to accompany the named officer who is executing it. In section 62 (power to enter premises: Commission investigations), after subsection (5) there is inserted— A warrant under this section may authorise persons specified in the warrant to accompany the named officer who is executing it. In section 63 (power to enter premises: Director’s special investigations), after subsection (5) there is inserted— A warrant under this section may authorise persons specified in the warrant to accompany the named authorised officer who is executing it.
