Schedule 11, paragraph 26(3)

In section 5, in subsection (4)— in paragraph (b), for “notice or caution under the Land Registration Act 1925” there is substituted “ notice under the Land Registration Act 2002 ”, and for “entry, notice or caution” there is substituted “ entry or notice ”.
