Schedule 11, paragraph 26(4)

In that section, for subsection (5) there is substituted— The rights conferred on a person by or under an access order shall not be capable of falling within paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 or 3 to the Land Registration Act 2002 (overriding status of interest of person in actual occupation).
