Schedule 11, paragraph 31(3)

In section 17(3)— in paragraph (c), for the words from “any” to the end there is substituted “ the Adjudicator to Her Majesty’s Land Registry ”, and for “section 144 of the Land Registration Act 1925” there is substituted “ the Land Registration Act 2002 ”.
