Schedule 11, paragraph 32

The Drug Trafficking Act 1994 is amended as follows. In section 26(12)— for “Land Registration Act 1925” there is substituted “ Land Registration Act 2002 ”, and in paragraph (a), at the end there is inserted “ , except that no notice may be entered in the register of title under the Land Registration Act 2002 in respect of such orders ”. In section 28(1) and (4), for “Land Registration Act 1925” there is substituted “ Land Registration Act 2002 ”.
