Schedule 11, paragraph 39

In section 128 of the Finance Act 2000— in subsection (2), for the words from “rule” to the end there is substituted “ land registration rules under the Land Registration Act 2002 ”, and in subsection (8)(a), for “Land Registration Act 1925” there is substituted “ Land Registration Act 2002 ”.
