Schedule 11, paragraph 40

In Schedule 6 to the International Criminal Court Act 2001, in paragraph 7(1)— for “Land Registration Act 1925” there is substituted “ Land Registration Act 2002 ”, and in paragraph (a), at the end there is inserted “ , except that no notice may be entered in the register of title under the Land Registration Act 2002 in respect of such orders ”.
