Section 118(1)

The Secretary of State may by order substitute for the term specified in any of the following provisions— such shorter term as he thinks fit. section 3(3), section 4(1)(c)(i) and (2)(b), section 15(3)(a)(ii), section 27(2)(b)(i), section 80(1)(b)(i), paragraph 1 of Schedule 1, paragraphs 4(1), 5(1) and 6(1) of Schedule 2, and paragraph 1 of Schedule 3,
