Schedule 14, paragraph 1(2)

In subsection (2)— in paragraph (f) for “paragraph 17” to the end substitute “ paragraph 21, 22, 23(1) or 24(1) of Schedule 10 to the Companies Act 2006; ”, in paragraph (g) for “Part 2 of that Act” substitute “ Part 42 of that Act ”.
