In subsection (5), in the definition of “professional accountancy body”— in paragraph (a) for “Part 2 of the Companies Act 1989 (c. 40)” substitute “ Part 42 of the Companies Act 2006 ”, and in paragraph (b) for “section 32” substitute “ section 1220 ”.
