Section 790IA(1)

The Secretary of State may by regulations make further provision for the purpose of enabling a company to which this Part applies to find out about anyone who has become or ceased to be a person who is— a registrable person in relation to the company by virtue of shares being held by a nominee, or a registrable relevant legal entity in relation to the company by virtue of shares being held by a nominee.
