The regulations may, in particular— impose obligations on a company with a view to obtaining— information about whether a person has become or ceased to be a nominee shareholder; if they have, information about: (A) the shareholding; (B) the nominee; (C) the person for whom the nominee holds or held the shares; any other information required by the regulations; impose obligations on others (including nominees or former nominees) with a view to providing the company with— information of a kind described in paragraph (a)(i) or (ii); any other information required by the regulations.
