In paragraph 7(7) of Schedule 18 to the Finance Act 2007 (pension schemes: abolition of relief for life insurance premium contributions etc)— for “Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/1031)” substitute “ Equality Act 2010, so far as relating to age, ”, and for “them” substitute “ those Regulations ”.
