In section 48(2)(f) of the UK Borders Act 2007 (recommendations by Chief Inspector of UK Border Agency) for “section 19D of the Race Relations Act 1976 (c.74)” substitute “ paragraph 17 of Schedule 3 to the Equality Act 2010 ”.
