Section 74(7)

Pay is within this subsection if it is— pay (including pay by way of bonus) in respect of times before the woman is on maternity leave, pay by way of bonus in respect of times when she is on compulsory maternity leave, or pay by way of bonus in respect of times after the end of the protected period.
