Section 81(1)

The Payment Systems Regulator may by notice in writing require a person to provide information or documents— which the Payment Systems Regulator thinks will help the Treasury in determining whether to make a designation order, or which the Payment Systems Regulator otherwise requires in connection with its functions under this Part.
