Schedule 1, paragraph 23

Section 34 (buyer's right of examining the goods) is amended as follows. At the beginning insert “ (1) ”. At the end insert— Nothing in this section affects the operation of section 22 (time limit for short-term right to reject) of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
