Schedule 1, paragraph 7

Section 15 (supplementary) is amended as follows. In subsection (1)— in the definition of “hire-purchase agreement” at the end insert— and a hire-purchase agreement is relevant if it is not a contract to which Chapter 2 of Part 1 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies; omit the definition of “producer”. Omit subsection (3).
