Schedule 1, paragraph 9

In section 1 (contracts to which Act applies), after subsection (4) insert— Certain sections or subsections of this Act do not apply to a contract to which Chapter 2 of Part 1 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies. Where that is the case it is indicated in the section concerned.
